CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ ‼️ (Policy does not apply for salon visits) • Please give me 24 hrs to respond to any messages. •Same day appointments aren’t always guaranteed. •Any breaks or damages in less than ONE WEEK will be fixed for free. No refunds. •15 minute grace period. After 15 mins you will be charged $15 to dip into the next client’s time. •After 23 mins you are considered a no show and your deposit will be forfeited. • 1 no call, no show you will be banned from scheduling and deposit will be forfeited. • Any appointment cancelled same day will result in forfeiting your deposit and you must rescheduling via website for new appointment. • Deposits are good for ONE transfer if rescheduling and expire after 4 weeks if never used. •All deposits go towards your total. • ANY SETS THAT REQUIRE A SOAK OFF AND ARE NOT MENTIONED BEFORE THE DAY OF APPOINTMENT will be rescheduled or charged an extra $15 for running over scheduled time or you will have to reschedule‼️‼️ •I don’t do fill-ins in on first time clients. •If you are unsatisfied with your set, we will soak off and you will receive a 15% refund. Not either or. •ANY BOOKINGS OUTSIDE WORKING HOURS are $30 extra per person that does NOT go toward your service. You must text 843.271.9595 in order to book. • Traveling Rate: $1.50 / mile (starting from Food Lion on Laurel Bay). Must have two chairs and a place to plug extension chord.
